Mission Statement
Our mission is to have a positive and long term effective on the World, One conversation at a time. In our workshops, our clients learn how to recognize and speak all 4 communication styles. The results they experience from effective and authentic communication is much closer, more meaningful relationships, professionally and personally. My lifelong desire has been to find an answer to the question “Why can’t we all just get along?” Through the results my clients share and my own, I am convinced that “Proper and Intentional Communication is absolutely the answer!” It is our passion to use the Science & Technology discovered through B.A.N.K. to teach as many people possible to communicate harmoniously.

As an entrepreneur since 5th grade and with over 30 years experience in the corporate world, Yvette Simmons Payne has made her way through nearly every role in sales over the course of her career. From management to marketing, accounting to customer service, she has always most enjoyed the direct, face-to-face interaction with clients rather than sitting behind a desk. She’s created new departments from scratch and led them to self-sufficiency, prevented endangered branches from closing by stepping in and successfully ramping up sales, and often found herself in roles of leadership and mentoring. When Yvette first learned about the B.A.N.K. methodology through one-on-one training with Cheri Tree, founder and developer of B.A.N.K., she couldn’t wait to pass it on and further live out her passion for helping others reach their goals. Through discovering her own code and learning how to code others, her business, interpersonal relationships, and even marriage took on an entirely new life. With “Nurturing” as her primary code, she’s naturally adept at helping to grow relationships, solving problems, and equipping others with the tools they need to succeed.

Kevin Payne is a project manager with over 30 years experience in the construction business. Since starting as a laborer at 16 years old, he’s worked his way up through every aspect of the industry and been a part of a wide variety of construction projects, both commercial and residential. He was ranked the top Superintendent and Project Manager in Florida due to his high-quality service and ability to maintain the least number of days under construction. Known as a “chameleon” among coworkers, Kevin has always thrived as an effective communicator who can navigate any difficult situation–an ability he had been asked to teach to others, but didn’t quite know how. It wasn’t until discovering the B.A.N.K. methodology with his wife, Yvette, and through direct training with Cheri Tree, that he realized this simple system encompassed so many of the people skills he’s tried to pass on to employees and coworkers over the years. With “Blueprint” as his primary code, Kevin is naturally skilled at coordinating many moving parts, developing a plan from start to finish, and training others. His passion is creating something new out of nothing, and always improving the world where he can.
